* Chicken Stir Fry...

4 Boneless Chicken Breast
2 Sliced Onions
1c. Broccoli
1c. Grated Carrots
1c. Squash
1c. Zucchini
1 Bunch Asparagus
1 Lemon
Salt, Pepper, Red Curry Powder, Garlic Salt to taste.
Brown Chicken and Onions in Wok. Spray Wok with Pam, this is the only Oil I use.
When the Chicken is golden brown add veggies. Cook veggies only until they are tender. about 5 minutes.
When veggies are tender squeeze the juice of the lemon over the top and lightly toss.
Garnish with fresh Basil or Cilantro.
You can also serve this with Rice or Noddles.
